Images on display at Her Wedding Favors are genuine photos of the exact merchandise you can expect to receive when you place your order with us. Typical orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, 7 to 9 business days for Personalized Favors, and 2 to 4 weeks for International Orders. We suggest you place your order several weeks before your scheduled event. This will ensure that your items will be in your hands before your special occasion

For the quickest possible service, please place your orders via the internet on our Her Wedding Favors website. We have designed a secured Yahoo shopping cart that is very easy to understand, and is the fastest most reliable way to get your order out to you quickly and correctly.

SHIPPING
Her Wedding Favors ships our packages via UPS and FedEx (and by special arrangement: USPS). Most non-personalized orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Personalized Favors may take up to 7 to 9 business days before shipment. International Orders take 2 to 4 weeks.

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you are able to determine the exact day your package will arrive.

We ship to all United States locations including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and most international locations. In most cases our shipping methods are ground-based. In areas where Ground Shipment is not possible, additional shipping charges will apply.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Important: For orders outside of the United States, delivery charges will vary based on your location and delivery method. Deliveries outside the USA are subject to local duty, taxes, customs charges and additional shipping fees beyond our control. Her Wedding Favors is not responsible for these additional possible charges that must be paid upon delivery of your package. If you are placing an order outside the United States, we suggest you contact your local town or province as to what additional charges may apply when your order is delivered.

HerWeddingFavors.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

PERSONALIZED GIFTS
Due to graphic constraints of the Internet, exact color matches are not possible, as colors present themselves slightly different on each type of web browser and monitor. We've attempted to present the closest match possible with unaltered photos and color samples.

Please note: All orders for personalized merchandise must be ordered online at HerWeddingFavors.com. We cannot accept personalization information over the telephone. Standard delivery is 7 to 9 business days on all personalized or custom decorated merchandise.

RETURNS & DAMAGED GOODS
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is possible. We will issue credit or send you replacements for damaged items. Please allow enough time before your event date to receive the replacements via UPS Ground service. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. No claims will be accepted after 5 business days.

You can return an order, with the exception of personalized or edible items, for any reason. However, no partial returns will be accepted. If you need to return something, please email us at info@herweddingfavors.com within 5 business days of receiving your order for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #). Her Wedding Favors will only accept authorized returns within 5 business days as long as the items are properly packaged in their original packaging and have not been used. Please include your RMA # and Order reference number with your returns.
