Please Note: Although we normally ship your order within 1 to 3 business days, up to 5 to 7 business days for personalized favors and 2 to 4 weeks for International Orders, we strongly suggest you place your order several weeks before your scheduled event. This will ensure that your order will be in your possession and you have had enough time to review your products well before your special occasion date.

Shipping

Her Wedding Favors Ships all packages by either UPS, FedEx or USPS. Most non personalized orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized Favors may take up to 5 to 7 business days before shipment and International Orders take 2 to 4 weeks.

When your order does ship we will email you a tracking number so you are able to determine the exact day your package will arrive.
 
Guaranteed Delivery - Her Wedding Favors will ship to all UPS destination address locations that is serviced by UPS and permitted by our wedding favor manufacturers.

We ship to all United States locations including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and most international locations.

In most cases all order shipping method is by UPS Ground. In areas where Ground Shipment is not possible, additional shipping charges will apply.

Please Note: For outside the United States, orders and delivery charges will vary based on your location and type of delivery shipment necessary.

Important: Deliveries outside the USA are subject to duty taxes, customs charges and additional shipping fees beyond our control. Her Wedding Favors is not responsible for these additional charges that must be paid upon delivery of your package.

If you are placing an order outside the United States we strongly suggest you contact your local town or province as to what additional charges may apply when your order is delivered.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)

HerWeddingFavors.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
 
Screened and Personalized Print Glassware

Due to the restraints of the Internet, most exact color matches are not possible but we will do our very best to make sure your color selection is appropriate. If no matching color can be found, consider coordinating colors.

Please note: All orders for personalized merchandise MUST be placed via the internet using our order form located on our site HerWeddingFavors.com. We cannot accept personalization information on the telephone. Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days on all personalized or decorated merchandise, but this usually varies depending on the time of the season, so be conscious of holiday shipping and order early.

Damages

Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is possible. We will issue credit or send you replacements, please allow enough time before your event date to receive the replacements via UPS Ground service. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 3 DAYS.

Returns

You can return an order with the exception of personalized or edible items for any reason. No returns on partial orders will be accepted. If you need to return something, please email us at info@herweddingfavors.com within one week (7 days) of receiving your order for authorization on a return. Her Wedding Favors will only accept authorized returns within one week (7 days) as long as the items are in its original packaging and have not been used.

Delivery Schedule

Most non personalized orders usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days, 5 to 7 business days for personalized items and 2 to 4 weeks for International Orders. Depending on the time of season (peak season) or type of order (personalized items) delivery shipping schedule may vary.
